We use specialized software and in-house research to advance spatial analysis of public policy and societal issues. We leverage technology in policy evaluation by adding the important locational dimensions to better capture the places and faces of policy impacts. Our analysts use advanced Geographic Information Systems (GIS) platforms to analyze data patterns, relationships, and concentrations across geographical areas. We refine our solutions to help policy makers and the public visualize and quantify the geographic distribution of policy success and failures. That include key insights and data stories on aspects of targeting and pattern recognition based on Hot Spot Analysis. We use advanced statistical modeling to find clusters of success or failure that are not obvious in simple reports to highlight systemic inequities in service delivery.
